BlueSky Experiences are holding a one day Team Leadership Workshop that will provide insights into the process and skills of Team Leadership.  Aimed directly at current team leaders within large organisations through to SME's who want to drive team performance forward.  The Workshop will provide the answers to the following questions:

WHY develop teams?

HOW to develop teams?

WHO to develop in the team?

WHAT to concentrate on when developing teams?

WHEN to develop teams?

WHAT effective teams do consistently and continuously?

 

Content

	Diversity equals strength, division equals weekness		Understand yourself, then understand  others and finally be understood by others
	Identify, unify and align to purpose		Setting objectives, getting ownership and  commitment and monitoring and re-targeting performance
	The importance of team language in developing an effective team		The essential personal skills that you cannot  practice enough; listening, communicating, feedback and observation

 

Outcomes

	Personal insights into your current team skills and your teams performance		Opportunity to re-calibrate your aspirations  both personally and for your team
	Appreciate what is current best practice in team development		Opportunity to discuss with course tutor and/or delegates current concerns and challenges you  are facing in your team

The day will be fast paced, active and fun where experiences will be exchanged, ideas generated and skills refreshed.  Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis at a cost of £95.00 per person + Vat.
