Drumlanrig Castle and the Queensberry Estate is situated just off the A76, 17 miles from Dumfries. Good access is provided from all major cities and the Castle is also signposted from the A74M at Abington and Elvanfoot.
By Coach
There are bus services from Dumfries in the South and from Glasgow in the North and a number of Taxi operators will gladly convey you from nearby Thornhill to the Castle.
By Air
Easy access is afforded from Prestwick International Airport and from other International Airports at Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.
