You will pay Buccleuch Property Challenge a non – refundable registration fee of £1250+VAT per team; which includes registration, maps, canoes, rope equipment and full instruction on the disciplines.
Your team of four must contain at least one female or one male member.
You bring / hire your own bicycle for the event.
You will inform us of any changes to the team members by e-mail.
You are taking part in the event at your own risk. BPC have no responsibility for any risk, loss or costs you may incur in connection to the event.
You agree it is your responsibility to have the appropriate level of fitness and that you are in good health prior to the event. BPC hold no responsibility to ensure you are fit and ready to take part. We have however provided suggestions to training and preparation for the event.
Prior to and during the event you will be responsible for your own safety, you will take all reasonable care to ensure the safely of your team and the other participants.
The Company will be responsible for the behaviour of all its members and guests whilst at the Venue. However BlueSky Experiences and Buccleuch Estates reserves the right to determine when the behaviour of any individual is unacceptable and expel that individual from the Venue without any refund of the price.
Involvement in adventure activities can provide a healthy and comparatively safe outlet for challenge and excitement. However adventure activities are not completely free from risk. Whilst the chances of serious injury are extremely remote the chances of minor injury have to be seen as possible outcomes. We fully accept our legal and moral responsibilities in these matters, and by signing this, you do NOT absolve BlueSky Experiences and Buccleuch Estates of ANY of their responsibilities, nor do you prejudice any of your rights.
